Victoria is the founder of Physio Pilates Plus with the aim of helping anyone and everyone enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle. She qualified from St Georges Medical University, London in 2008.

 

Victoria began her career in the NHS, first in London and then West and East Sussex gaining experience in medical centres and hospitals and focusing on a wide range of health services, from orthopaedics and respiratory to neurology and paediatrics.

 

With her 16 years of experience, Victoria specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, women’s health, acupuncture and Pilates.

Victoria is a mother of two energetic boys, enjoys hiking, sea swimming, kayaking and helping others become and/or maintain an active lifestyle. Victoria is also a football coach and the physiotherapist for the Lewes Juniors Football Club.
