Pilates is a series of nonimpact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. It is for everyone at any level of fitness, helping you restore your core.
As an experienced physiotherapist of movement analysis and physical rehab, we use pilates as an effective tool to prevent and rehabilitate injuries and reduce postural imbalances.
Pilates requires a level of precision, body awareness and breathing control that can take time to master.
However, we pride ourselves on having the ability to adapt our teaching, so whatever you are striving to achieve we can help you become in tune with your body, creating a stronger you, developing resilience and making those everyday activities easier.
As a working mother with two children, Victoria understands the need for convenience to maintain a healthy lifestyle which is why we provide a mobile pilates service teaching one-to-one or small private groups allowing you to be relaxed in your own environment.
We also hold classes in our Lewes garden studio and 1:1 reformer sessions.
